Great people and team culture. There's always things to learn and do but never too overwhelming. Teams are supportive, and they're mostly willing to teach, and many things to learn.

Cons

No structured training on overall architecture (but you can always just ask).

Pros

Generally good engineering and products. Compensation and benefits are decent.

Cons

Most decisions are made primarily by a few dozen people, and primarily by 2-3 Executives. For example the CEO has to approve an employee laptop replacement. There is very limited room for advancement over a long term. Compensation is not equal to the marketplace. There is too much emphasis on meeting quarterly numbers for Wall Street, and not enough emphasis on nurturing the team for long-term success. Input that is not in line with Executive Management is not welcome. Diversity norms are not being met here.
