      Pros

      Working at AE allows me to be challenged and learn new things on a daily basis. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other when needed. The customer always comes first while offering a family focused work environment.

      Cons

      The office has an open layout which makes the noise level a challenge at times and there could be more conference rooms.

      Pros

      The job itself is excellent. Best technical consulting agency in the area, by far.

      Cons

      Definitely an old-school boys-club. Saw other experience (and experienced myself) blatant racism, homophobia, trans-phobia, and sexism. As a minority, I was not comfortable working there.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Competitive salaries and opportunity for advancement. Decent (but not fantastic) benefits including paid time off (sick,vac), training, health/vision/dental and 401k Direct access to decision makers who are open to new ideas. Definitely opportunities to learn a lot of new technologies for those who want to learn more.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity to advance as it's a relatively small company with a flat organizational structure. Salaries could be a bit higher to be competitive with the market.
