      Pros

      I have been with AE Business Solutions for almost three years. In my time with AE I have been offered many opportunities for advancement that have led to tremendous personal and professional growth. Our leadership will go out of their way to learn your goals and provide a clear path to obtaining them. I am challenged in my work daily and feel a constant sense of accomplishment. Coworkers are supportive, motivated, smart, and genuinely great people.

      Cons

      You will work hard, but for me, that is not a con. The work you put in at AE will reflect the reward you get out. Our success is built off of a team putting in the work it takes to be excellent, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

      Pros

      Quarterly Bonuses of $1500 for good performance

      Cons

      Managed Services is stretched very thin, you will have to go many directions at once and be required to work many many over nights and weekends. Be prepared to work more then 50 plus hours a week on a light week. Management is willfully blind to the issues and over sells the service with out paying attention to what it will take operationally to fulfill all the promises they make. Health benefit and retirement options are below average. Staff Turnover is very high.
