      Pros

      Small company with a solid history of success. Pay is competitive. Long-term employment, if you are one of the "good ol' boys."

      Cons

      They are a third-tier re-seller with minor staffing arm. No room for advancement. Horrible benefit package. Diversity? Yeah, right.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Competitive salaries and opportunity for advancement. Decent (but not fantastic) benefits including paid time off (sick,vac), training, health/vision/dental and 401k Direct access to decision makers who are open to new ideas. Definitely opportunities to learn a lot of new technologies for those who want to learn more.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity to advance as it's a relatively small company with a flat organizational structure. Salaries could be a bit higher to be competitive with the market.
