I was really excited to start here, but once I started I found that the job was all repetitive desk work.

Pros

There are some nice people in the office. "Flex hours" are nice when your manager lets you use them. Easy commute.

Cons

Nobody trains entry level employees. Senior staff takes the easier work, dumps pointless work on new employees. The job description and talk from the interview process made the job seem entirely different than what it actually was. I gained no valuable environmental experience from the year I worked here.
