The best thing I can say is that there is a decent work/life balance. So long as you are assigned to a large project, you will enjoy your time with the company.

Cons

Management does a poor job advancing qualified employees all for the sake of controlling salaries. I overheard one engineer received a .27 raise after being the "ace" in their department. Very little value is place on education and requirements are lowered in regards certain potential employees.

So far so good. Transitioned to AECOM from URS Corporation. Different strategies but all in all a good experience so far.
