- Can't get our time right - Can't get our pay right - Disorganized and don't know what they are doing - They put out information then change their mind - Make promises/commitments they don't keep - Not truthful about company benefits (they make you pay for what is supposed to be company provided) - The only reason they get one star is the system won't let me give them no stars.

The management in this company is unbelievably immature and incompetent. Not only was there zero communication about things that should have been brought to my attention, but when I asked for specific tasks I was interested in, I was ignored and those tasks were given to someone visibly less eager. The manager of the office would give privileges to select employees and new positions/promotions were handed out to certain employees with zero communication of an opening to the rest of the team. The manager would also publicly speak ill of anyone they disliked as soon as they moved on to another opportunity. They refused to own up to unfair practices enacted by them and when asked why did it they would respond “why are you questioning my management style?” Very few in the office ever seemed to enjoy their jobs and turnover was very high.
