      Pros

      Big markets, fancy website and lots of Op's if you can pulling in the revenue.

      Cons

      Don't think they will support your career aspirations- you are only a number to the bottom line of the organization. Left a job after ten years to work for organization. Within 6- month program fell apart ( not disclosed during interview) and I was released with two week severance! They didn't try to place me, if I would have known the smoozeie interview talk was the only show to get me to switch and bring my list of contacts I would be employed today !

      Pros

      There was absolutely no benefit to working for this firm. They absolutely need to fire every single URS acquired employee they have. Those folks are toxic

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. You can't afford the premiums and you can't afford to go to the doctor. The work environment sucks. They've gone to an open floor plan - think call center. They are unorganized and unresponsive.

      You get to work with industry professionals who are highly educated and experienced. Large company name for overall job security. Friday bagels and great lunch room.

      Cons

      Lot of redundant processes. Systems do not link to other systems. Spent too much time reprocessing data
