      open office environment sucks

      Pros

      flexible work schedule, some projects are interesting, cant think of anything more "pros" to write down.

      Cons

      seriously? open office concept is ridiculous! studies have found it is NOT a way to increase productivity or collaboration. it's basically a way to save money on rent. Treated like an expendable number, lose your chargeability and lose your job.

      Pros

      Wide diversity of projects with the option to travel and work full time away from home. Always very fair with accommodations and other living expenses when working away from home on long assignments

      Cons

      Lack of interest in developing young talent due to constant need for 100% billability. Definitely sometimes feel like you fake it until you make it.

      Pros

      Name recognition in the industry. Typically the people you associate with every day are great. Pay is about equal of other companies.

      Cons

      Constant fear of being cut. You will rarely see upper management and are responsible for making the cuts. With the recent buy-outs, the company is consolidating people and eliminating redundancy.
