      Pros

      Benefits are good. They try to keep everyone in the loop with any changes to policies and company happenings but if you aren't at HQ's; you're a second thought.

      Cons

      Salaries are low balled. No raises, or bonuses! No feedback on annual evaluations. Job requirements and positions they advertise aren't relevant to the actual job. If AECOM is the sub contractor, then they have no say in employees standing and don't defend or protect their emoloyees from abusive co-workers or unethical decisions made by the Prime Contractor.

      All they concerned about is the cash and do not take care of their clients nor employees. They cheat employees with their pay checks and take their time in fixing mistakes they make
