The quality of leadership has ranged from adequate to abysmal, with management generally disrespecting staff members: setting unrealistic goals for staff in terms of billable hours, layoffs with no notice. Perks like training seem to exist only on paper.

Very top heavy working environment. Not enough backlog of work to give employees, so some employees were left sitting and doing nothing all day to the point that no one was willing to delegate work in fear that the people who had work, would not be left with enough work if they delegated it. No real conversations with managers about utilization goals and no real oversight or support on workload to meet utilization goals. Instead, the management atmosphere felt like if you weren't one of the "favorites" whether you had work or not, then you're expendable. Very "Old Boys Club" type of atmosphere among management and favored staff.
