      Many smart, dedicated people. Global company. Good projects.

      Cons

      Low employee moral generated by an executive team that is out of touch and has no real interest in the employees which are considered "units". Conflict-driven politics.

      Pros

      Well, when there’s not enough project work you can get away with not bothering to come into the office way longer then you’d think possible.

      Cons

      This office changes its management structure often because people keep leaving. It’s also hard to attract good people when you have a dysfunctional work environment. As a result the people in charge of winning new projects often can’t, and when they do there isn’t enough staff to properly handle the work. You’re either bored out of your mind waiting for something to happen or frantically trying to do the work of three people.

      No need to find things to do in your free time - work/life balance doesn’t exist. If you are successful, the expectations just increase.

      Cons

      This firm has lost its entire culture. Top level executives have no idea what is happening on the ground- completely out of touch with its employees.
