      Pros

      Free high end coffee, though I hear that will end soon due to cost reductions mandated by corporate.

      Cons

      Losing many proposals due to eroding reputation. Former disgruntled employees now work for competition as well as clients, makes winning work very difficult. Not sure how the head of the company is a former KPMG accountant with zero experience with engineering, perhaps corp. is preparing to sell.....hopefully to a company with management that knows what they are doing.

      Global company; great internal resources; well known name globally; company is so big no one knows who anyone is and therefore can't fire employees for slacking which is an inevitable since there's no motivation

      Cons

      Low wages; lacks transparency; no training; 50's mentality on how to run a business; company not unified; inconsistent vision

      Pros

      Very Large diverse company with various opportunities. Company emphasizes all major markets of Water / Environmental / Buildings / Energy...In addition to design / design-build / EPC work. If you are so inclined or driven there are plenty of opportunities. Opportunities include the U.S. and International.

      Cons

      Very Large company, in senior management transition. Key strategies moving forward have become a bit muddled as "the Peter Principle" is currently in play. Too many key positions have been awarded to the vocal group, rather than the competent group.
