      Cons

      Like the other reviews say, it's an incompetent bureaucracy with zero soul. Management is only focused on making shareholders happy, not providing client service or cultivating a place where people are inspired to produce great work. There are an unbelievable amount of barriers to just doing your job, especially in terms of project management. Hard work is not recognized or rewarded: the attitude is "you're lucky to even have job." In a word: demoralizing.

      -Completely top down organization that does not look for or care to hear ideas from those below. Even when those below have 10-30 years of experience. Changes seem to be dreamed up over night with no due diligence and are expected to be fully in place in less than 1 month from initial communication. -The resumes of the very top NA Ops leadership do not support their role. Lack of adequate education/experience is clearly showing in the decisions being made and the initiatives being driven. -Laying off higher utilized but lower paid employees while protecting higher paid lower utilized management is a recipe for disaster.
