      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, opportunity to work on interesting projects, the middle management has some very qualified and driven individuals, the staff is very nice and professional

      Cons

      The senior leadership is absolutely atrocious. There is no clear vision and they set lofty goals (which they will not tell you) but it is clear it is impossible to achieve since they ask us to do more once we do achieve our "goal". They are driven by cash flows and play shell games to cover up their numbers. Senior leadership does not communicate to minions and they are only in it for themself. Very top heavy organization who look out for themselves and their "good old boy" network.

      Pros

      Good people, variery of interesting projects, health benefits are very good, access to a wide variety of design codes and specifications

      Cons

      Bloated beurocracy with many vice presidents, new initiatives / policies are constantly being rolled out,company does everything it can to save $ (eliminates secretaries, pushes employees into small office spaces with no privacy, makes it near impossible to attend conferences to meet PDH requirements, etc etc.), raises are mediocre despite numerous emails stating how well the company is doing, I could go on.....

      Pros

      Company has failrly generous salaries and benefits.Probably the best medical insurance around. Tuition reimbursement, dental, PTO.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees one bit. Lots of downsizing. Everyone is so busy looking over their shoulder and waiting for the ball to drop, that they are truly not effective or productive. The joke among employee is if you don't like something, just wait it out because it will change in 3 months. There is so much change at this company, it is not even funny. Just when people get use to the new changes, they switch it up some more. I've had 4 different managers in 4 years. And if you don't like your job - dont worry. They will stick you in another position without even asking your input or asking if you want the new responsibilities. They take manager titles away from managers, and don't even let them interview for the position.
