      You get a paycheck. And benefits are satisfactory.

      Cons

      Nobody knows what is going on. No one can make a sensible decision. Everyone in this facility hates being here. The human resources and benefits department are incompetent. Safety meetings are a joke. They took all our chairs over one weekend, and now everyone is forced to stand all day. Despite your biased ergonomics assessment that says we are better off standing, some people still are allowed to sit. The entire management has air conditioning and chairs. Take away both and let's see how much you like it.

      I'm a legacy URS employee and AECOM bought us last year. Didn't think things could get worse than what it was at URS! Boy I was wrong!! It's so bloated, inefficient, you're not recognized as a person (just a number), too many policies, trainings, outdated/inefficient systems, required trainings are a waste of time - no practical guidance. Everyone in my office that worked for URS is very very unhappy with AECOM. Big thanks to our former CEO that got is in a position to be acquired and cut and run with his millions!!
