Cons
Some of the most idiotic leadership I've seen in my working career. Their MOD is to buy smaller companies, obtain their backlog, and put them into the woodchipper until there is nothing left to liquidate or the staff is at a minimal level to terminate. A woefull example of ethics and decency in the workplace. The personnel structure is an inverted pyramid. Where top heavy management crush and grind the point, PMs and PEs, and Technicians, into the ground. Horrible company.
