      Pros

      Large stable company with good pay.

      Cons

      Very large construction company that treats all employees like construction workers. Company has no idea how to manage a professional IT staff working on government contacts. Multiple layers of management. who are unresponsive to line employees. Incompetent HR department.

      Good variety of challenging work

      run by accountants that only care about money and do not support the work environment, everything is about cost cutting and nothing that helps the work get done. we spend too much time supporting accounting to track the beans.

      Pros

      Employees are offered a flexible work schedule if their projects allow that. There are various types of projects to work on if given choice.

      Cons

      Pulled from task to task, no time to master anything or gain many skills definable on a resume. Focus is billability and not employee growth. Poor insurance coverage. Little feedback from task managers to help you grow and learn from your mistakes. No HR on site in our 100+ person office AECOM IT and programs are not user friendly or intuitive. A step back from URS. Often asked/forced to travel.
