AEG is very people first, making sure all associates and patients are being taken care of. Management is able to take care of KPI's while staff can focus on taking care of our patients.

Cons

Salary could be a little higher for management.

Love the culture, how smart people are, and how much we're trying to bring in new things to help us do our work. The leaders really listen to us and try to make changes that will help us. I can really be myself and people accept me and focus more on the things we need to do together.
