      Consistent job. As long as you like cold calling and no raises or promotion.

      Cons

      Low pay and never taken off contract. You will never be promoted to permanent you will stay temporary for years and expected to do more work.

      Beware of Upper Management

      Pros

      Individual practices can be patient focused if Doctors are aligned with those objectives. If clinic budget is set up correctly spiffs for employees are nice.

      Cons

      Upper management has no desire to help with the ins and outs of the day to day processes of the clinic. Micromanaging and lies happen often and will be seen throughout all interactions with any superiors you have. Make sure to document all interactions. Benefits while are “decent” are very pricey for the minimum pay you will have to fight for.
