AEG Vision reviews

AEG is all about money, no people. We have had several price increases in the past year, are told to only offer the most expensive lens options to patients, and have alot of pressure to meet unrealistic financial goals. This pressure falls on the opticians only while the rest of the office is left to sit around, ignore phone calls and gossip. Appointments are not confirmed or filled but management tends to favor those who are not doing their jobs and comes down on the optical dept. only. There are much better work environments out there if you are an optician. Don't fall for the "people first". It's money first for AEG.

Was promised commission upon hiring that were not able to obtain. Practice manager favors specific employees and turns blind eye to their problems they cause in work place. To the point you cannot confine in the manager with any problems that arise as it gets told to those employees and nothing is kept confidential.
