      Running the practice into the ground

      The hours include no weekends

      Cons

      Management is terrible, either micromanaged or no management at all. Policies change every day, prices go up every day, and employee morale goes down every day. There is alot of employee turnover as some employees don't do much of anything and the rest of us do the job of 2 (or 3). Constantly short staffed and practice is no longer concerned with patient care. All they care about is meeting your daily financial goal and even that is set ridiculously high so it is hard to reach. As someone who has worked in the practice prior to the buy out, it has been very difficult watching the detrimental changes.

      Great Benefits and Culture

      Pros

      Large company with a people first culture. This company offers a lot of benefits and resources for employees compared to many others in the industry. This is also a very fast growing company with many opportunities for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Too many points of contacts and lack of organization from corporate due to the fast growth of the company.

      Pros

      The Dr’s and staff are great, everyone seems to get along. Management is honest and up front, they listen and care about their staff. I read some of the reviews and can honestly say we have had some bad apples on the team like most companies but management does work hard to coach and guide their managers and staff. I appreciate the people first commitment part of the culture.

      Cons

      None that I can think of for the most part the company is fair and management is easy to work with.
