      Pros

      Workers are genuinely nice, and the higher ups do a great job at pretending they care about you! Doctors are amazing and treat us as equals.

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth. Management says workers are replaceable. Stressful work environment (thanks to EXTREME pressure from higher ups)

      Spiffs Great, But Sales Always Pushed

      Great hours, Monday-Friday, no weekends. Spiffs are great.

      Cons

      Always threatening to cut your hours in the name of “payroll” if you don’t make your sales goal. More like taking money out of my paycheck as punishment for not making goal.
