      They have a good commission structure

      They say they have open door but they do not and if you have an issue to resolve and follow the proper channels, you get fired.

      It's a job and that's about it.

      Cons

      Non-patient based care, misleading to upper management and all employees for that matter, do not listen to anyone about changes that are not good, all about the money. Not a very good way to run a healthcare facility but then again, they don't seem to realize it is healthcare. It is just another business opportunity for them and slowly but surely, staff and patients come to realize that.

      Only pro with this company is you get a paycheck and they do commission. Pretty much it.

      Cons

      Management is poor. Benefits are poor. District management is poor. You’re just a number with this company. Your personal life does not matter to them. The only personal lives that matter are those of the managers. Pay is NOT fair. They expect you to do all the work and pay you scraps. They want you to bend over backwards for them and the one time you tell them NO and put your foot down they try to get rid of you. They’re intimidated by those who do the job and do it well and try to get rid of you. Management put their own selfish feelings before yours. At all costs don’t even try. Save your sanity.
