      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      The people at my practice are the only reason I stay.

      Cons

      I have been with this company for a total of 6 years. Everyone who gets hired on after me get paid more than I do. They don’t value loyalty or their employees in general. Benefits are absolute trash, upper management is absolute trash, the building that I’m in is falling apart. It’s not worth the stress to work for this company.

      have genuinely cherished my experience at AEG Vision, finding its culture to be refreshingly people-first and reminiscent of the workplaces often described in stories of great employers.
