      People first company. They don't just say it, they mean it.

      Relatively newer company so they are still figuring a lot of operational processes out.

      Great pay doesn't substitute the management

      Pros

      The pay is good and the commission set-up is wonderful although I do work in a high volume office , benefits are mid at best. I do like M-F 8-5

      Cons

      The management is horrible and they will throw the book at you for small things if you're not their "favorite", while others are doing major infractions and getting verbal warnings. Store mangers really don't get to manage because upper management makes all the calls even though they are hardly in store. Coworkers are clicky and constantly causing issues and gossiping with no repercussions making for a hostile work environment. Not much room for promotion

      The managers at most stores care deeply about their employees and patients.

      Cons

      Inconsistent hours. The time you work per pay period may be 40 hrs then 60 or 70 the next. You are expected to go above and beyond for the company and don’t get anything to show for it.
