Coworkers are terrific. We work well as a team at our practice location.
Cons
This company claims to be people first. This could not be further from the truth. The ONLY concern is the numbers. They could not care less about employees or patients. Just push for bigger numbers. It is never enough. They are coldhearted and we are faceless. They have a million and one scripted responses for every employee concern as well as why the numbers are not good enough to allow for raises. They advertise to hire untrained workers for a higher wage than some of their long-term employees currently make. The same employees that would have to train new hires! Upper management are cold and fake. Promises are made but not kept. Morale is terrible. We
