      the office environment is amazing. coworkers are lovely.

      Cons

      no maternity leave. high premiums on benefits. company needs a lot of work with policies and procedures for time off/purchases/pay/salaried employees- these are consistent and everyone will have a different answer depending on who you ask. Say that are people first but are not.
