It's a job and that's about it.

Cons

Non-patient based care, misleading to upper management and all employees for that matter, do not listen to anyone about changes that are not good, all about the money. Not a very good way to run a healthcare facility but then again, they don't seem to realize it is healthcare. It is just another business opportunity for them and slowly but surely, staff and patients come to realize that.

Excellent Company - Growing Too Fast

I've been a practice manager for AEG for 2 years, and the amount of resources, tools and help has been outstanding. The software they integrate in newly acquired offices is top notch, cutting down tasks like accounts payable/receivable, filing any claims (office level), etc. so efficiency increases tremendously.

Cons

The company has been growing very rapidly, especially due to COVID hurting last year's sales. I personally feel like they're growing too fast, with not enough staffing to give individual offices the attention they used to provide. Hopefully things balance out once the pandemic is not affecting unemployment.
