The practice I worked at used to be owned privately before AEG and they way things used to be done seemed way better then the new system.

Cons

Doctors and companies are sales focused and don't care about the patient experience. The office had bad coworkers and poor management.

The only pros is a small paycheck .... benefits are terrible

Lux Execs started company and brought their terrible treatment with them. Below the 2 Male execs.... Its a girls club.... they are trying to package company up to sell it. They are in over their heads in being able to operate new practices they purchase. Unqualified DM's and RM's
