      Pros

      Absolutely nothing, there is not one pro I can think of.

      Cons

      They claim to be people first but they do not care about their staff or their safety. They refuse to pick a stance on anything including not allowing guns in their practices. If you value your mental health and safety stay as far away from AEG as you can!

      Some of the offices purchased by AEG Vision may retain elements of positive culture from before their acquisition.

      Cons

      AEG Vision provides insufficient training, and support to their offices though an extraordinarily rigid set of systems which do not support any unusual situations, and dis-empowers employees by taking away the tools they would need to address those situations. If AEG acquires the practice you work for, expect to be made numerous promises about the capabilities of the corporate infrastructure, the support they will provide, and the situations they are prepared for which will turn out to be entirely false.

      Pros

      A company that is truly people first. They care about the workplace culture and properly incentivize associates with fun contests at least once/quarter. Also plenty of opportunity to make spiffs. Encourage associates to go above and beyond and move up the ranks, which can be easily accomplished through hard work and great customer service. Company continues to grow and give more opportunities. Fantastic hours that lend to a healthy work/home balance. Good health benefits. First company I have worked for that takes strides to discover where they are lacking and rectify those issues.

      Cons

      At times pay can be questionable but the company is currently putting in a real effort to be competitive.
