      The pay is comparable to other places.

      Cons

      Lack of communication , nobody takes responsibility for anything just forwards it on to someone else. You are just a number. Worried about money vs patient care.

      Doctor was rude and racist...he often complained about patients who receive Medicaid. Meanwhile, his best employee was on Medicaid (single mom with disabled daughter). Manager was condescending and unhelpful Office full of tattletales (because they were sucking up to management) An optometrist posted a long rant on our Workplace page that we should be grateful to even have jobs. It was extremely tone deaf, considering I was only paid $14 an hour. I was also reprimanded for not “above and beyond” and staying after my scheduled shift when it was busy.
