Pros
The company offers a pretty flexible schedule. We work in a "ROWE" environment. It means Results Only Work Environment. If you're job is being done to a satisfactory level, take off the days you need. I personally enjoy plenty of time off. The dress environment is casual (jeans everyday if you want), and the people I work with are some of the best people I've met. Also really good benefits (fully vested 401(k) from day 1).
Cons
The company doesn't pay the best. The trade off's for me are the unlimited days off, casual wear and the people. You will work hard while you're here. Many people leave after about 2 years. I find that if you can make it past the 2 year mark, you'll begin to see a lot more momentum within the company. But you have to be willing to work to get it.
