Pros

Free coffee, benefits are ok but expensive. Laid back culture. Lots of good bars across the river. Lots of good people but directors and Managers do not seem to have lots of experience.

Cons

Too many layoffs, attrition rate is high. Sales people seem to get recognition but looks like they have started to cut that back as well. No parking down town Chicago. Originally leased two floors but compressed into one as money was tight. Parent company seems to want to shut down Chicago office and move people to Columbus as cost of running Chicago are is expensive.

Pros

Many smart people who are fun to work with. Good work life balance. Sense of humor throughout the organization.

Cons

They have no road map or clear vision for the future. Nepotism exists and high salaries are spent on many who don't contribute. Many upper management are lacking the values they preach; those values are nonexistent in the way the company is run. Too many layers of so called "management"; the middle layer is a financial drain with actual contribution.

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am glad to hear you had a positive experience with your colleagues and work life balance. We are, as you know, a dynamic organization with our own strengths and weaknesses. As we continue to grow and change, we welcome the opportunity to address these concerns. We certainly aim to be as adaptable and transparent as possible with our leadership, while also improving upon our communication and employee development. I regret to read that this was not your experience; and I would welcome a discussion, should you like to speak with any member of our HR team directly.

Pros

Great co-workers and that's about it. Very disorganized company and leadership is non-existent. Look else were!!!!!!!!! This isn't AEP, it's their little stepchild that nobody wants to take care of. Managers are a joke, don't do anything all day. Trainer runs around like he runs the show, lol JOKE. Pay is also a JOKE, terrible yearly raises.

Cons

Pay is terrible compared to other customer service positions in Columbus. They had a lot of people from Chicago fired and didn't give people a heads up. Not a company you want to grow with. Managers have the easiest job.
