Good honest employees. Hands off management (too much actually)

Cons

This company wants growth but not willing to make the changes to achieve that. There are other successful branches of AFA but this isn't one of them. (read the annual report on their site). No onboarding, No training on tools they have to gather needed information. No support and it is not because they don't want to it leans more to they don't know how to support.

Fellow employees are kind, but I guess we all have to stick together as management will prey on those that seem vulnerable and alone.

Cons

Very unethical towards both customers and employees. I can't take it anymore and I'm personally looking for a new job!
