AFB Floors needs at times to communicate things a little better when it comes to matters that are of an urgency. However, this is being worked on to improve upon daily.

-Management is invested in the success of their employees and creates a positive work environment. Employees are given the extensive and continuous training to ensure the knowledge needed to succeed. -Paid well for hard work. -Working independently. -Coworkers are quick to assist and great at communicating.

Cons

-Challenges with disconnecting after work hours due to volume during peak season months.

- Always being challenged to expand our knowledge and continue learning - Company values it's employees greatly, and is constantly striving on how to improve it's core processes to help employees as well as our customers achieve and receive higher quality end products more efficiently. - Go home every day knowing that my job is impactful on my coworkers and customers. - Dedication to their craft; all of the peers I work with routinely all have a deep-rooted dedication to making sure that our customers receive excellent quality service and installations.

Cons

- Pressure and pace. This job can be pretty tight scheduled some days and due to this those days can be chaotic if traffic is rough as well.
