-Great team with a great work environment -There are many opportunities for team bonding and to break up the work week – outings, team trips/vacations, sports games, and an in-office game room -Gain an expansive knowledge of the IB industry, no matter what position you are at -You are pushed to exceed expectations which gives you the ability to grow and become a harder, more dedicated worker -Upper-level management/partners are very easy to connect with and get along with

-Long hours -You need to be able to keep up with the very intense and fast-paced environment

- access to upper-level management - ability to initiate and take on meaningful projects - great group of personalities on junior banking team - learn more in first week on job than 4 years at top-tier university

Cons

- having a lot of responsibility results in more than an 8 hour workday - you will be forced to dive in and learn from your mistakes, there is no dipping your toe in the water
