See more deal flow than any other technology bank as a junior banker Great team of junior bankers that will quickly become your close friends Ability to move up quickly Opportunity to take on an expanded role early in your career Heavily focused on live deals vs pitch work -- junior bankers close a few deals every year

I have really enjoyed my time at AGC, the employees are hard working and very helpful when you are having a little trouble with your work. The whole team gets along really well and they definitely like to have fun, but when there is work that needs to get done, that is their first priority. They are very passionate about what they do. I am very happy that I got to experience working for AGC.

Hard work and long hours but it's not too bad
