      Good Experience, would recommend if you're trying to break into investment banking.

      Pros

      Very active boutique per 451 league tables. Don't often find them mentioned elsewhere but if you look at volume they are one of the most active sell-side advisers. Very heavy on security, really can't beat AGC's security practice.

      Cons

      It's a manufacturing line. Though the team is extremely successful, the company needs to be more adaptive to change. Seemingly taking those steps with some younger partners coming in to play.

      Learned the nature of the business and the fundamentals of investment banking. Got great exposure to Partners at the firm.

      Cons

      Unfortunately low deal flow. Little room for movement outside of Boston office.
