      Good deal flow and ability to interact with a lot of management teams early on

      Cons

      Poor pay package, too much micromanagement, lack of communication, extremely high turnover, lack of exposure to significant modeling exercises

      Outside the fact that everyone is on the same page about the negatives, I dont have much good to say

      Cons

      I spent tons of money relocating to be near an office, excited to work their and told that if I perform I could be brought on as a full time analyst. I worked the normal banking hours, not the intern hours, basically making 3-4 dollars an hour to see that my work ethic fits the company, and then was just told we've loved your work and everyone has spoken highly but not trying to bring anyone on for full-time right now.
