Benefits were good. The Associates were caring, hardworking, and made the job a pleasurable experience.

Cons

Hot Hot Hot working environment. Could reach 130 degrees in some parts of the plant in summer. Not for the wimpy or whiny. Safety Dept. always coming up with senseless rules and procedures to justify their jobs. She had no idea how the jobs were performed but was always doling out "procedures" to make them "safer" Company wide joke among those on the floor was next step would be bubble wrap uniforms.

Management is usually flexible about time. Vacation is satisfactory and management mostly approves vacation timing.

Cons

Too much work without reward. Hard to get promotion.
