Good Pay Great Benefits Ability to get promoted if you are willing to work hard Nice employee dinner once a year in the summer Great hard working associates to work with

Cons

Upper Management is more concerned with fictitious productions numbers versus quality of the product they are making. Those that cheat on their production numbers are rewarded versus those that are truly working very hard to produce a quality product and give a true perception of what the line is doing. Got tired of always being compared to those that are known to fudge numbers.

Pros

The work environment is okay I guess. The people can be good to work with but its the structure of the company and the lack of upward mobility. Also, management is dominated by caucasians while minorities seem to get stuck at the middle. There is a lot of office politics, more so than other places where I've worked so it makes it seem that promotability is based more on how you play the game rather than how hard you work or the quality of work you produce. AGC America should structure their ranking system and make it more systemized. The end.

Cons

I feel trapped at this company.
