Great self-development opportunities, very independent work and very light hierarchy makes working at the headquarters a must. Adding the extra of the freshly new building, with high quality glass that makes everything easier. Some corporate initiatives. The salary is on a good average.

Cons

Still a old fashioned industry, some barriers to change are still noticed.
