Pros

Easy compared to normal automotive. Most employees have been at AGC North America 20+ years making it easy if you are coming from the outside, as most lack real world automotive experience.

Cons

Most of the day is spent getting suppliers to ship material because we have not paid them. Also, the majority of NA leadership team consists of individuals without automotive experience. This makes their direction and sense of urgency lacking. The NA group is struggling financially, and the production output is under target, making customer shutdowns a weekly occurrence.
