Pros

Positive overall work environment, stable industry, good overall company ethics. Co-workers are friendly and everyone gets along well in corporate office and internationally.

Cons

Business leadership is severely outdated and does not really understand how to run an international company. This results in huge under-investment in support functions and associated problems for company operations. There are few career opportunities in IT, they hire/fire IT staff regularly and expect positive changes. Unfortunately, the business thinks regularly firing IT leadership is the way to go when business projects fail. The real cause is an underpaid, understaffed, and underfunded IT department that will not improve until the company invest in it properly.

Good employees, clueless leadership

Pros

Most co-workers were great and really wanted to do a good job. Usually provided the tools needed to get your job done. Good benefits and decent salary.

Cons

Many managers either had poor managerial skills and/or they were managing an area they had little experience in. Many employees with great skills were relegated to "support" positions because they didn't play the right political games, so were unable to really influence strategic direction (which is all over the place and changes frequently). And in the absence of product value, they are always playing a pricing game to try to boost sales. Although they claim to know the farm equipment industry has cycles (7 years or so), they were "surprised" by the one in 2014 and laid off a lot of employees in the 3rd & 4th quarter. Of course, it was the employees who actually did the work (not the clueless managers) who lost their jobs.
