      Pros

      It has good benefits, decent pay, a wide range of positions offered, some with good promotional potential, overall a great employer for the area.

      Cons

      The shop jobs tend to not pay as great and can tend to be a hire/layoff type situation. Management makes decisions based on bottom line, not employee satisfaction. Will cut back on employee needs and will spend more on management perks.

      Pros

      Highly ethical, family friendly, strong values. Adequate training provided. Career opportunities are tailored. AGCO like to make the employee confortable and to fit in.

      Cons

      They could always pay more! Career growth can be slower than expected. Long hours at the cost of family life if you don't keep hold on what's being asked of you.
