Cons

The pay is awful. You can work here for years and still struggle to pay rent. Find anywhere else to work.

AGDATA is a great small company to work for. The size of the company allows for a true family vibe and people really care about you personally and your career.

Cons

Because it is a small company, some of the benefits are not as great as other, larger organizations can offer. Starting pay can sometimes be low as well.

Pros

Advancement possible if you are driven. Great company to learn different aspects of data collection. Coworkers are incredibly friendly and willing to help. Most managers trust their team to do their job/no micromanaging. C level management is great to work with. Just overall amazing people. Great benefits: good amount starting PTO, with ability to accrue additional weeks over your time there. Time off for all holidays, plus almost 2 weeks at Christmas. Paid volunteer time - all of these are separate from your PTO. Insurance plan options, HSA and 401k matching. Overall was a great company to begin my career.

Cons

Lower salary compared to other companies and similar positions. The few higher paying customers are often put ahead of the lower paying customers in terms of support and new technology which makes it hard to support those customers - makes sense for business, but not a great plan for customer service and customer retention.
