Pros

Company is focused on growth and is open to feedback and suggestions from employees. Management is really trying get employees invested in the future of the company though openness and transparency. The environment seems to be becoming more dynamic and responsive to employees needs and suggestions following a change in leadership.

Cons

Fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment might not be a great fit for some people. There are some employees who have been around for a while that seem to be resistant to the changes and can really slow things down or hold them back.
