I can't think of anything positive...working here was a waste of time.
Cons
Development teams are inexperienced and lacking leadership. Clearly this has been going on for a long time because most of the code is poorly implemented and seriously outdated. The projects are understaffed and timelines are ridiculous, so working long hours became the norm. The management does nothing to fix the long standing problems or make agdata a better place to work. Employee morale continues to get worst and the amount of turnover is only getting higher. Even those who stuck it out in hopes things would turn around are leaving. Don't make the same mistake I did, find another place to work. This place is a sinking ship and it's only a matter of time before it goes under.
