      Pros

      It's a paycheck. If you enjoy sales, it's not a bad job. They don't mind hiring anyone with a criminal background. Very flexible with schedules.

      Cons

      Lousy pay. Don't believe the post about a $500 sign-on bonus. You won't find an employee that's received it. Training leaves a lot to be desired for anyone with no experience in utilities sales.

      Pros

      Great pay with bonus plan, when things are going well.

      Cons

      1099, Driving to Kalamazoo or Detroit a few times a week without gas reimbursement. Owner is a micro manager and has unreasonable expectations. Emailed me when I was out of the country on my honeymoon telling me to respond to the email.
